By submitting payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer:
Our courses are intensive and fast-paced by design. They may not be suitable for all individuals, particularly those who may experience difficulty with sustained focus, high-pressure learning environments, or accelerated instructional formats.
Prospective participants should carefully consider their ability to meet these demands before enrolling.
4. Training and Instructor Standards
Driving tuition is provided by DVSA-approved instructors under national training standards.
We aim to prepare pupils for their practical test within five days, but test-readiness is not guaranteed and varies by individual.
Any additional tuition beyond the scope of the original course must be arranged directly between the learner and the instructor.
5DAY® accepts no responsibility or liability for any such private arrangements, including payment, scheduling or instructional outcomes.
5. Theory Test
5DAY® will book your first DVSA theory test at the current government rate.
You must bring your UK provisional photo licence to the test.
6. Free Theory Retraining
If you fail your theory test, you are eligible for unlimited free retraining sessions (online or in person where available) during scheduled hours.
7. Practical Driving Test, Car Hire & Limitations
7.1 First Driving Test
Each course includes one complimentary driving test booking service, which must be requested by submitting the FT26 form within 24 months from the course start date.
Failure to submit the FT26 form within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the complimentary test service and related benefits.
Conditions of Redemption:
Request must be submitted within 24 months of course commencement.
Active participation (attendance, communication, engagement) is required.
- All rights are forfeited after 24 months, with no further liability on 5DAY®.
Test Availability:
Due to ongoing DVSA backlogs, 5DAY® does not guarantee the availability of a test within a specific timeframe.
We cannot use third-party services (including cancellation apps) to secure earlier test dates, but pupils are encouraged to do so independently.
No cash alternative or refund is available if:
- You book your own test
- You supply your own vehicle for the test
- 5DAY® cannot secure a test due to DVSA delays
7.2 Vehicle Use for Practical Test
A 5DAY® training vehicle may be provided free of charge for your first test, subject to:
- Passing your theory test
- Instructor approval confirming you are test-ready and safe
No refund will be given if you choose not to use this service.
If your test is cancelled by the DVSA with less than 3 working days’ notice, the complimentary vehicle use is forfeited.
We reserve the right to withhold the vehicle if the instructor reasonably believes you pose a risk to safety. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.
8. Mentoring & Retest Programme
If you fail your first practical test, you may qualify for the complimentary mentoring programme by submitting your DL25 test report within 7 days of the test date.
Late submissions are ineligible.
Retraining focuses on addressing serious or dangerous faults.
The mentoring programme concludes once your instructor confirms you are test-ready.
Eligibility requires full completion of the original 5DAY® course.
Retest Fees:
- Admin Fee: £25
- Car Hire: £60
- DVSA Test Fee: £62
Any DVSA fees paid through 5DAY® are passed in full to the DVSA. 5DAY® does not retain or profit from these payments.

5DAY® is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- DVSA test centre closures
- Instructor illness or mechanical issues
- National DVSA test delays or unavailability
Refund Limitation:
Refunds will only be issued where the Customer provides clear and objective evidence that goods or services failed to meet the agreed specification or were not of satisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Unsupported claims or unsubstantiated allegations do not give rise to a right to refund.
Any discretionary refunds are at the sole discretion of management.
13. Legal Information
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
14. Updates and Changes to Terms

Where a material change affects existing customers, reasonable steps will be taken to notify affected individuals by email or other appropriate means.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 5DAY® and supersede all prior discussions, communications, or representations, whether oral or written.
No variation shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of 5DAY®.
